TEMPORARY FLOOD MITIGATION PLAN

As you all know, Hurricane Harvey brought damage to more than half of Houston and surrounding cities. Not only was the damage tremendous, it also deposited an astounding amount of silt in the West Fork of the river and the silt physically changed its ability to safely pass water flows during storms.
