I was extremely pleased with Rinkers Boat World's Service Department. I contacted other Supra Dealerships to get service on my preowned Supra. I was told that they wouldn't service my boat until later in the year, because they would only service boats purchased from them. When I contacted Rinkers, I was able to get an appointment immediately. All the repairs done on my boat were documented with photos of the repaired parts and reviewed in detail with me. When I picked up my boat, I was pleased to see it had been cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommend Rinkers Boat World in Houston .

What a GREAT experience. I have owned six boats. I have always been able to buy a quality used boat. I keep them a long time and maintain them completely. A friend of mine was looking to bhuy a new center console boat. He asked me what i thought about the ultra 211. I did some research and was very pleased with the boat. As it turns out, my buddy bought a boat and a month later I bought a new boat. i will say that I am a hard person to please on any new or used purchase. I dealt with Amy Hall throughtout the complete purchase which includes the trade on my boat as well as the process of buying the new boat. I can say a lot more but I will leave it this. Rinkers boat world and there complete staff are second to none. They will meet all your boating needs and do it with total pleasure. Amy was incredible to deal with. The day that Amy delivered the boat was awesome. We went through the complete boat and electronics. And the big suprise was that she had the name put on the boat in matching colors. Purchasing a boat from 700 miles away is difficult to say the least, but the folks a Rinker's made it easy. Chris Martin, our sales person was exceptional. He answered every request I had for pictures of things I saw and pointed out and explained things I didn't see. We drove down to see and test drive the boat, 2010 Cobalt 230 WSS, and it was everything the told us it was. Chris was honest, professional, and took very good care of us. I will recommend Rinker's to anyone I know looking for a boat. It was a long drive but well worth it.

Im from the DFW Metroplex and placed a call to Rinkers Boat World and talked to Jim Grant. I requested a quote on a 2017 Sea Hunt Boat, sight unseen. I explained to Jim that I didnt like doing business over the phone, but that he was 200 miles away. I further explained that I was a buyer, not just a looker. I had also personally visited with a DFW dealership that sells Sea Hunt Boats and wanted a comparison quote, which arrived two days later. Jims quote arrived overnight and provided a substantial savings over the local dealer. It quickly became obvious to me that I would be going to Houston to purchase my boat.

I went down on a Saturday early in November and placed my order with Jim. Over the next 3-4 weeks I pestered him with changes and/or questions I had about the boat. It was going to be the largest boat purchase I had ever made, and I wanted to make sure that I hadnt left out anything. Before I even left Houston, I called and told him I wanted to change the color. Jim remained patient, taking every phone call and responding to every email I sent with a gracious, caring attitude. I knew that I was a tough customer, but no request was out of the question for Jim.

My specially ordered boat arrived on January 20th, as promised. Jim spent several hours explaining every detail of the boat, and all of the options it had. It was obvious that he was much more familiar with the product he was selling than the dealership in Dallas.

Jim and the dealership didnt miss a beat. Everyone took great care throughout the entire process, and displayed an outstanding attitude.

I bought a 2015 Sea Hunt Ultra 211 from Rinker's. I had shopped for months and Rinker's was the best price ever. Amy Hall was my sales person and answered all of my questions. My wife and I agree that she and Cheryl Julian in finance made the buying process really easy. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful from the service department to the owner, Gary Rinker. Initially I had a small problem with the brakes on the trailer and Mr. Rinker took the trailer to McCain's Trailers for them to fix it. Not only did Rinker's get my trailer fixed but gave me new tires all at no charge. Chris Rinker gave me great deals on supplies and a really cool Orion cooler for the boat. My family and I looked from Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas for six months. We went to all local dealers but were unaware of Rinkers Boat world. I called Rinkers Boat World on Wednesday and spoke with Trey and he explained there dealer ship was different than any other I had visited (SAME OLD TALK) but I went. I got to Rinkers around 5:15 pm Thursday and spoke with Trey and he showed me the inventory that I was interested in, Trey explained in detail about every boat (used boat) I left around 6:45 PM, I didnt know they closed at 5:30 and they never acted like it (as all the other dealers have). On Friday at 5:00pm my family got to Rinkers and got with Trey and I showed up at 5:45pm. Trey took the time to go thru the same for my family as he did the day before for me. My family got Rinkers (Trey) to take us out Saturday to ride in the boat we had selected, we met up at 1:00PM to test out boat, my son wanted to ride his Wakeboard behind the boat, Trey said sure so we got my son set up and he rode for a little while, my family and Trey spent (for most dealers) to long on a test ride. If you are looking for a dealership who not only sells quality boats new and used, also with a great service department and has that true family atmosphere then go no further Rinkers boat world is the place for you!! Rinker's Boat World is the most honest boating business I have ever seen. In the fall of 2015, my wife and I met with Amy, our salesperson for Rinker's. We were interested in a fresh water and offshore center console boat in the range of 22-25feet. Amy showed us many boats but we were unsure of a clearance concern of our boat lift which is directly under our lake house and the lake house is directly over Lake Conroe. On three different trips to our home, Amy and the owner Jerry came out with a Sea Hunt and personally fitted the boat to the boat lift so that we could make a 10 feet high vessel fit in our boat lift and be out of the water at maximum lake level. On one trip it rained on Amy and I so I got in the water and spread out the lower support beams so I could gain more height. Amy and Jerry waited a couple more weeks for me to customize our boat lift to accommodate a Sea Hunt 234 Ultra hard T Top with plenty clearance. I am a certified boat captain so I wanted to add lots of electronics to include radar which would be mounted on top of the T Top. Jerry drove the boat over to our home and we personally marked the top for exact placement for the radar dome, antennas, lights, and rocket launchers. Amy is very knowledgeable of all your boating and electronic needs. She made outstanding recommendations and all work as described and promised. Amy never pushed me into buying things I did not need. Amy would make recommendations based on certain criteria and then gave us time to make final decisions. Once we received our new boat, we had to break it in carefully for the first 20 hours. We did that in just two weekends. On the third week, we dropped off the boat for a 20 hour service and yes we added more electronics. This boat does everything but work on auto pilot. During the service, I met the manager, service adviser, and several technicians. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about Jerry, Amy, and the entire group of people that work at Rinker's Boat World. I highly recommend this company for your boating needs. Happy and safe boating! My family bought a used Rinker 24' boat from Rinkerworld. We were extremely impressed/happy with the sales service we received from Amy Hall. We know very little about boats....Amy was most patient/helpful in getting us the right boat and helping us get started in the right direction. I traveled from Dallas to Houston to purchase a used 2012 Supra 22v. The interaction mainly was by text and was good. On first attempt to purchase the boat I discovered that I didn't have a valid title for the boat I was trading. The team was great with helping me send for a replacement title. During this visit we discovered the stereo and computer screen was not working. Since it was going to take a week or two to figure out the title, service indicated they would get it fixed. When I returned a few weeks later the stereo was still not working. The owner and team tried to figure it out while waiting but decided to just have me take to a local stereo place back in Dallas for repair. Thanks for the good service and great people to work with. I would recommend your dealership for my friends interested in a boat.

We just bought a Supra Launch from start to finish it was the best experience. I dealt with two other dealers first and they kept dragging their feet, Jan was able to get our deal done without a hitch and in only a couple hours. I would also like to thank Cheyrl for all her hard work on getting us a great finance rate. When we went to the demo there were two small issues with the boat and Jan was wonderful and said bring it in on Monday, dont call just come in and we will get you taken care of. Our family recently purchased a Supra Launch 242 and are spending every free weekend we have in it. The boat is great but it is the service after the sale we have been most impressed with! We had some minor warranty issues we needed fixed that I informed RBW of on Sunday afternoon. Monday RBW contacted the manufacturer and had the parts we needed overnighted from Supra. They asked me to have the boat at the dealership Wednesday morning, but with our schedule I explained Tuesday evening would work better, they said that would be fine. Upon arriving at the dealership Tuesday night, Chris Rinker himself said he would change everything out so I wouldn't have to come back. Chris worked on changing everything out (I have pics) and didn't finish until after dark. I have been amazed by the customer service RBW has provided from start to finish but this was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. It's not very often you will find the owner of a business willing to sweat just to save a customer from having to drive back. I can't say thank you enough for everything the people at RBW have done for us. It has truly been a pleasure working with everyone there and I look forward to our dealings in the future. My husband and I recently purchased a 2013 Xcursion Pontoon. After SEVERAL months of looking around at many different options we decided on this particular model. Appeared to be the best value for the price. We went in to the store on a Saturday after they were closed (which we didn't know) and were given information about the Pontoons they had available. Jim and Jan were both available and not once did they say they were closed or even acted like they were trying to rush us. I only found out the hours later after looking online for other information. Jan responded back and forth to emails, even on Sunday with us about options with the Xcursion. Jan and Jim even got the pontoon together to take us out that Monday evening to lake Houston after we got off of work at 6 PM. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Also, Cheryl was very nice and informative the day we came to complete the paperwork for purchase (we came with our own financing). When going through everything on the boat Mike and Corey were available to fix anything that needed to be fixed and offered some tid bits of advice on little things for us. I was going to purchase a Rinker 246 out of state .But before I did I contacted Jim Grant at Rinkers and told him what I was going to do He and Chris offered the same boat at one hell of a price and convinced me to keep the business with their company. These guys even helped me aquire the last Waketower from Rinker and install it on my boat. I purchased a Sea Hunt Ultra from Jan last week. Jan was very informative, professional, patient and most importantly, did what he said he would do. He also met me at the boat after the sale to go over questions. Its nice to know that you can still do business agreements with people with a just a handshake.

I went to see the boat at the shop and then he met me in Clear Lake to test drive the boat and was very informative and helpful in testing/running the boat. Jan was our salesman 10 years ago, and we've had our eye on a new Sea Hunt for awhile, this year at the Boat Show it all came together perfectly. The only thing that could improve on the whole experience would be to have another Rinker location open up near the Galveston area! ; )

After looking at many if not all other brands of boats sold within a 100 mile radius we picked the Sea Hunt XP21. For the price, this boat is the best value. The boat has not disapointed us. We have not only had good service from Jan at Rinker's, but have also had good service from Joel at Sea Hunt. Both of these companies have been excellent to do buisness with. They both have done extras for us, and gone the extra mile to do it right. We bought our boat just as the XP21 line was hitting the market. We have seen Jan at the boat show the following years. He still remembers our name (probably because we are such difficult customers) and treats us like he still has not made the sale. I hope we are not in the market for a boat for a long time, but if we do find ourselves looking we will go see Jan.

I bought a 2012 Triton/202 about 3 weeks ago and finally I had a chance to take it for a test in Galveston and I love it. The engine is so quiet to the point sometimes I couldn't tell if it was on or off. My salesman was Jan who was an expert with excellent customer service and the strongest hands. Cherryl from Finance was great. Mu whole experience was outstanding. I will always do business with them and recommend them to all my friends

My family has owned two boats. A 2006 Moomba LSV and a used, old Searay that needed a great deal of attention. We purchased the Moomba new from Rinkers and we utilized the Rinker's service department to service the Searay My experience with The Rinker Team was terrific for both boats. They always delivered on all of their promises for service, repairs, and my invoices were always fair. They also stood behind their work and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Our experience with the Moomba was also exceptional. What a great boat for surfing, wake boarding and skiing. We enjoyed 4 great seasons on the water and Rinkers serviced the boat for all 4 years. When our son went off to college, we decided to sell the Moomba and Rinkers helped us on the pricing. They also were willing to confirm it's sound running performance to the interested buyers. In short, these are great people to work with and I strongly recommend them if you are in the market for a boat or if you have an old Searay that needs a lot of love. Dave from Kingwood

Well it's going on a year now since my boat purchas and Rinker's Boat World is still #1. I recieved some damage to my boat from another boater 6 weeks after I bought it and was sick. Purchasing a boat from Rinkers was a wonderful experience. Jan, our salesperson, was very helpful and straightforward. We have had three prior boats, all purchased from dealers in Houston and none were as nice and accomodating as Rinkers. Jan took time out one afternoon to take the boat to Lake Houston for a test run just to make certain that all was in order. In my opinion, that is service above and beyond. I can only imagine that the service after the sale will be as pleasant. The accessories that we had installed on the boat were completed and looked super. I would not hesitate to recommend Rinkers to a friend.

I have bought a few boats in my day, but the Great people at Rinker Boat World is the best I have seen in boat sales and service,.I saw the Boat at the Houston Boat Show, and sales person JanValk explain all about the boat and dealed a great price to me. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and professionalism in setting down a making a deal on this boat, and believe me I am not easy! And he gave a great deal and thrown in a few things in to boot. He discussed the great service group at the shop to take care of any needs with the new boat.Then Cherly wrote the deal up and was so helpful in answering all my questions. When the boat came from the Boat Show to the Sales Office they both called me and set a meeting on all the other accessories that I wanted installed on the boat. I met the Service Manager Stan Julien he was so easy to work with and he met the tall order head on, with a very postive additute and all the task was done with the highest quality craftmanship service dept. this is the first time in purchasing anything like this the store backed up what they said, was the best service & sales group in the business of boat sales. They made me believe that they the customer was to be satisfied in the sale and service, and they did just that. Rinker's Rocks!! Everything about the experience has been phenomenal...the best I've ever had. But I simply was blown away by the service experience at the 20 hour check, along with some minor warranty followups. I have been boating for 4 decades, and I have never taken a boat in for service and had it returned to me in one business day; as a matter of fact, I've never had a boat returned within a week of when it was promised. It's winterizing time...the lot was full of boats for service...one day! When I returned to pick it up, all the boats that were in the lot for service when I dropped it off were gone. Chris, Donna, Stan, and Clayton, and the unnamed heroes in the back...the BEST in the business...anywhere!

We purchased a Moomba Outback 2003 from Chris Rinker and he made it painless. He helped us surprise our college age sons with the boat at the Houston Boat Show. Those same sons hit a stump at the north end of Lake Conroe in the beginning of the season and Rinker's got the repairs done in record time. We were so pleased because our friends who also had boats repaired other places said it could and probably would take 6-8 weeks. Their service is effortless and we could not recommend them more!

My wife and I have bought 3 boats from Jerry and Chris. We have had the 310, 342 and now have the 390 EC Hardtop. These guys are great to deal with. Our trade-ins have always brought top dollar. Chris and Jerry have always been fair and very fun to deal with. This is our second purchase with Chris and Rinker's Boat World. We purchased our very first boat in March of 2007. It was a 1998 Captiva 212 in terrific shape. We decided to purchase a brand new 2009 Captiva 226XL from Chris in January 2010 and the experience was awesome! Chris has always been extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all facets of boating. We were also very pleased with Stan in the service department and Cheryl in the finance department who both made this a great experience for our family. We have been very pleased with Rinker's Boat World and we look forward to many more years of boating with them.

I bought my 1st Rinker in 1988 from Jerry. I bought my 2nd (current) Rinker Captiva 232 in 2000 and Jerry was my salesman again. I stayed with Rinker for 2 reasons, 1st, the boats have been fantastic and 2nd, dealing with the Rinker family. Both Jerry and Chris are great to deal with, they truly care about their customers and they take pride on their product. In 2005I was transferred to Louisiana and in 2008 I was tramsferred to Mississippi. I have yet to find a dealer or service provider that can fill the shoes of the folks at Rinker.

The staff of Rinker's Boat World was the best; from the sales department, financing, parts and service everyone was super nice. To be quite honest with you I felt like we were all one big happy family. I never felt pressured by anyone at anytime. The customer service they provided is very hard to find these days.
